I’m James Stackhouse a former corporate professional, my mission now is to help time-poor busy professional females like I saw in my job every day, to regain their healthy, toned, sexy body...without spending hours on the treadmill, being force-fed rabbit food or taking drastic pills and potions.

I used to be in the same boat with the pressures of a busy corporate job preventing me from spending adequate time on my fitness and wellbeing regime and ultimately my health deteriorated. And I saw the same happen with my colleagues...particularly the females.

I realised that there was a problem with the majority of health & fitness programs in that they don’t account for the realities of a busy life. They demand unrealistic diets that starve you and leave you feeling tired. They enforce excessive training that requires hours in the gym or on a treadmill...And they do not tailor for the specific needs of women!

The average professional female with a family, kids, & work commitments, just doesn't have the opportunity to get into a program that is going to let them succeed!

So, I then had a bit of a realization that there ‘Had to be a better way’… So, I trimmed back my female client's training style and simplified their process when it came to the core basics, shortened their workout time and focused more on the other elements including optimal, simple nutrition, stress management, sleep management and motivation and habit-forming techniques.

And redevised my client's training plans to account for the unique training requirement of females.

And the results were awesome!

Over the past 10 years I have upskilled, tried, tested, re-tested and perfected my Fit in 14: Transformative Wellness for Busy Women program which I would now like to share with you.
